We needed a tire patched while we were here from out of town. They checked us in and said it would be a 2 hour wait for that. 2.5 hours later I checked on our status and they said people have made appointments and they keep bumping you so it will be 2.5 more hours! We live 3 hours away and just need an $18 puncture repair. Absolutely horrible service. How can people schedule appointments after I've checked in and then they bump me?

I want to buy a toothpaste and it locked in the glass cabinet. I asked an employee at the supplement aisle to open the cabinet for me, and she said that she did not have a key. I asked another employee at the cosmetic aisle (because the toothpaste closest to this aisle), and she said the lady at the supplement aisle has the key. They kept shift the responsibility onto each other. I went back and asked one more time, the employee at the cosmetic aisle told me that the supplement’s employee have to come to ask her for the key ?!?! JUST OPEN IT, why did she not just open it instead of telling me to ask the other employee? I just curious about what’s wrong with them, and who has the key, are they argue with each other? I ended up not being able to buy the toothpaste because of them. It’s not a big problem at all but why they make it so complicated? The manager team should training them again and warn them about that.

Went to the automotive walmart off Greenwich they did an oil change and screwed the oil filter housing on too tight and it caused a disaster. Oil continued to spill out, I had to have my car towed, and it cost me over a thousand dollars to get parts and get my car fixed. Walmart has been giving me a hard time where im jumping through hoops to get reimbursed. DO NOT GO TO WALMART. They dont care and wont take responsibility. They hire anybody to do the work.

Clean store, the help in hardware in had been helpful and knowledgeable. (Edit: Several years later, this is still my favorite Walmart Supercenter. I have now used the pharmacy for over a decade.)
