A cashier just became angry with me because I tried to pull cash back on my purchase and told me I needed to go to customer service to purchase my groceries. She was an elderly lady and the time was around 4:50 PM, she handled the situation very unprofessionally.
Edit: raising from a 2 star to a 4 star after speaking with the manager she assured me she’s going to talk with this employee and educate her so she’s no longer getting frustrated when customers try to pull cash when purchasing groceries and trying to make up rules!

Pharmacist and pharmaceutical manager, Katie, was disgustingly rude! Asked if the cardiologist had sent over refills for my mother’s Eliquis, and her initial response was overly snotty with a quick “that was just filled last week” and when I attempted explaining that the fill date wasn’t my question and why I was asking she turned her back to me and walked away! Already transferred scripts to another facility.

I wanted to share my experience about one of the associates at this marketplace Walmart. Her name is Erica. I have been there at least four or five different times when Erica has been working and I am always just so impressed. All of the customers she greets and ask them if they found everything OK. I was impressed the first time but to see that she is that way every time I’m in there is just really impressive. They are lucky to have her as an associate!
