I love this guy! He is so honest and doesn't charge what his work is worth. He looked at my 15+ year old old pocket watch which was "old new old stock", so I have no idea how old it is actually. He ask me if it was running and how did it keep time. When I said reasonably good, gaining some time day to day he said can I look at it. He opened the back and ask if he could oil the visible ruby bearings and did. He then ask if I would like to have him check the timing and the cost was almost nothing. He adjusted it to two positions and would not take any more money I think he deserved. The old mechanical pocket watch is running to within imperceptible minutes a day!
You can't go wrong going here, he is my go to for all watch stuff including buying something new.

Stopped in today with a broken spring pin that holds the band to the watch. They installed a new spring pin and replaced the other pin. Everyone was very pleasent and friendly. They provided exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them for any of you watch or clock needs!

Great place, I had a Seiko watch for over 34 years that quit working about 15 years ago. They fixed it perfect. Keeps precision time. The only place I will go from now on...

I took my Hamilton wrist watch in for the service of a malfunctioning day complication. I advised the owner the watch only failed to properly reset while being worn, not by turning the crown to adjust the day, which always worked fine.
I left the watch and heard nothing for three months. I returned to check on the watch and was advised by the owner that he'd forgotten about it. He then checked the watch and found it to be losing thirty seconds a day. I was told he'd regulate it and check the day complication.
After another three months of silence I stopped by again. He then told me he couldn't regulate the time and seemed to have completely blown me off over the day complication. He then advised he'd just become a Hamilton dealer, and he'd run it by the rep the following week.
Over six months later, and no contact in spite of me sending at least one email. I went to the store to get my watch back. He simply asked for my name, then went into the back and came back with my watch in a plastic bag. He offered no explanation or even an apology, but quickly ushered me out of the store. I have little doubt he never brought it up to the Hamilton rep and probably forgot about it until I walked in the store. All this after more than a year.
The only reason I'm giving the store one star is for politeness and at least returning my property. I can't imagine doing business with this store again.

Went to a couple locations in town to look for a new bar spring for my watch. Watch Works was the place they was able to fix my bar spring for free. I recommend Watch Works!
