Ish Tamas is a wonderful property manager. Anytime I have had an issue Ish resolves it in a timely manner. Ish is also incredibly kind and pleasant to work with.

Great company to work with. After the sale of our building to another individual, we learned that Weigand-Omega will not be the manager of the property any longer. That the new owner will manage the property himself. So sorry to hear that news. Ish and his staff have been great to work with. Things have been repaired in a timely manner. Ish has always shown deep concern about the management and care of the building, etc. He will be sorely missed. Thanks Ish.

manages Washburn Towers in ottawa ks. our lease was not renewed and we weren't given reasons why and we have never gotten our deposit returned. our issues were never addressed very poor management there also.

I found them to be very easy to work with. Reliable and genuinely concerned with the tenants at the properties they manage. Occasionally a problem would arise that the person that owns the property would not fix, but the management company did their best.
