I would have given 5 stars because the staff at this location are sweet and friendly. We just moved here from Texas and it’s disappointing that there are only two Wells Fargo locations in the Wichita area! However, we have had good experiences every time we’ve been in there. I AM HOWEVER taking a star away because today, during my visit, I was very disappointed with their ability to prioritize customer service. There was an increasingly large line of customers waiting to be helped by the tellers. I watched as one, out of the three that were there assisting those in line, finished up with the customer she was helping and proceeded to put the sign up stating that, her window was closed. She then, turned to the other teller and said “hey I’m going to lunch.” Mind you, I understand that everyone deserves a break, lunch, etc…. BUT!!!! Where is the desire to do the best job you can do?? And if you’re not someone who actually enjoys interacting with the public, then why even show up?? I have worked customer service my whole life (bank positions included) and I would have never left my co-workers or customers in that type of position just to take my lunch. Maybe I’m just getting old and I don’t understand this generation or whatever the case is but I don’t think that customer service and the desire to truly WANT to help people should be sacrificed in the hiring process.

Wells Fargo is a joke I opened an account yesterday and today they want to close my account because of a business decision they made after reviewing they can’t even tell me why

What a relief to have such amazing service. Jacob was fast in helping me get some paperwork/document stuff completed! This is the second time I've come into this branch to discover unbelievably great service. I wish all banks had such fantastic employees.

Everytime I come into either location I leave with a smile on my face! These employees are always so sincere and caring, they ask you about your day and engage with you as if they know you personally! I look forward to my bank runs every week! Thanks guys for the always wonderful experience!!

Wells Fargo, good as always! There's a wait that's about 10 minutes when you come in but the receptionists are very helpful and kind.

At first, I doubted to open my account here because of the bad reviews, but how would i know if I won’t try!?
Jacob was the banker who assisted me to open my account because I’m a non-resident alien and needs to open my account in the branch. Jacob was absolutely exceptional , took me less than 30min to open my account. He answered my questions and offered me pieces advice since Im new here in the States. Wells Fargo people were so accommodating especially the Bank Manager, forgot her name i think Lanny (she was so nice and loves to meet new people ,very approachable &eager to answer your questions).
Overall experience is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
