I have hit tough times and have to be out of my home today and went to pick up the uhaul I scheduled for today at 3:00pm. It’s the last day I have to get out my belongings. I went to this location because they had a truck available at the time I needed. Instead of lying like everyone else does when renting a uhaul and saying “1 mile” I was honest. The lady was trying to put 20+ miles on my account before I even took the vehicle. I asked if I could just pay the mileage that I actually use and she said no. I tried to explain I’m limited with no cell phone reception in that spot so my card wouldn’t approve for $60+ prior to using the truck. Not that I didn’t have that amount, I put enough in that account to rent it for the agreed amount that the Uhaul website gave me. She then told me I’m not taking her truck. She refused to give me the truck that I had scheduled and spent my own personal time waiting for. When I could’ve been trying to pack more things or looking for a truck that I’ll actually be able to use. I wasted all of my time on this and it is now my only option to save my property. Her snide attitude is the reason specifically why I will never rent from this location. I will also never rent from uhaul. This was dehumanizing, rude, devastating, and a ridiculous waste of time that I will never get back; and a total loss on the property I will never get back because of it. Thanks a ton, Uhaul!

We rented a UHaul trailer from them. They were great people, very helpful. I would recommend this place for trailer rentals.

The only place I will ever rent U-Haul trucks for local use... My experience I always Quick & hassle free here and the employees are beyond pleasant!

These people are awful.They steal and lie.They also are in the business of fraud as well as deleting reviews they "do not like".I was told as much by Heather today. She was EXTREMELY HATEFUL, called me a liar and used profanity. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. The office was clean and smelled amazing! I will only use this location for all of my UHaul needs from now on :)

If you are looking for a clean, safe, trustworthy location to store your items then look no further. Liz the on site manager is a real pleasure to work with. The storage unit buildings are spotless and always smell wonderful. We had our belongings in one of the indoor units for 5 years. We recently moved everything out and you would think it was only in there for a few months. Very little dust. Can't go wrong with Westside Storage.

I tried to rent a uhaul truck with the online ap. The lady I talked to on the phone was rude and told me they didn't have any trucks. So I decided to call Westside storage. The lady was very very helpful and very nice. She said she had a truck. Went there and picked up the truck. Very easy transaction. Next time I need a truck I will just call Westside storage I won't deal with uhaul online.

I reserved a place and they gave it to someone else so when I started my truck I just want to cause straight to a better place so apparently misplaced is not run professionally

The women here are truly the best to work with, always helpful and understanding. I've used them twice for uhaul rentals. They explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions. Will definitely keep using.
