I have banked here since I was a child (I’m 35 now) and EVERY SINGLE ONE of these ppl who work here are nothing shy of amazing, they’ve taken care of me and all of my family for YEARS with no issues ! Shout out to Amanda, Yolonda and Brittany yall have always been the most helpful !

They gave me a decent Intrust rate in my loan but Amber, you need to work on your customer relation skills. You are extremely rude. If you don’t like your job find a different one. Other than Amber being the worst bank employee I have ever had the displeasure of working with, I have nothing else bad to say.

The manager is awful and their fees are too much. It's nine dollars extra just to make a payment over the phone.

I was just told that I would be charged 9 dollars to pay my bill if I wanted to use my debit card. This is crazy rediculous! Just want people to be aware bring cash or they will charge you! 2 dollars I get but to profit just shows they don’t care about you. No customer service!

Just moved back to Kansas. I’ve been a member of this credit union for 30 years when it used to be St. Joseph CU, and then MCCU. I went in today for the first time in 13 years. The clerk didn’t smile, didn’t say anything. Her PR skills did not exist. I will move my money anywhere but there!! Pathetic!

I have been with them for years. I could name them all by name and they make it a point to know all their members. I feel at home any time I go in or through the drive through. Thank you all for the kindness you show each and every time I see you.

I kept this bank so long because they have been good to me over the past 13 plus years. I've never written a review but now I'm going to. I was calling all day because I'm out of town and I was needing to do a wire transfer. I left 2 messages on the website at 8:00 a.m. I left a voicemail around 8:30 a.m. I was calling intermittently all day and no one answered the phone until after the time to do wire transfers was over. Then I was told she saw a voicemail but didn't see a name attached to it. I left a detailed voicemail. Update. I just saw where she moved money without my consent.

One woman had a hard on me.. SHE WAS NEVER NICE AND NEVER SMILED. I TRIED TALKING TO HER BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK.. I have decided that she wasn't for me way to much for.. They charged me for everything.. NEVER NEVER NEVER

Walked into this branch today, and was so amazed. I opened up a checking and savings account 100% stress free. Wheat State Credit Union, definitely has a real gem on their hands at this location. Miss Ashlee explained EVERYTHING to me, and took the time to help me order checks, as well as download and log into my Wheat State Credit Union account app. I HIGHLY recommend ANY one looking to open an account, to come into this location. I can ALMOST guarantee based upon my experience at this location, Ashlee will help you accurately, thoroughly, as well as successfully.

I have had a great experience with Wheat State so far. When looking for an auto loan, I first went to intrust bank as I had an account with them for 2 years. However, it was put through their automatic system to determine whether I received a loan without a second thought. I heard about this credit union from a car dealer I went to and received an auto loan the same day. They have given exceptional service throughout my time with them.
