Danny brought this whole experience together for us. Came here with a work crew and we spent a considerable amount of time, and money, downstairs during the evening hours and I can honestly say she is the main reason we know we’re coming back. Quality service provided through excellent presentation, the atmosphere is exactly what you want it to be.

Rooms are nice and new and staff are friendly. There’s hot apple cider at check in which is a nice touch. Breakfast staff are a little overbearing and could chill a bit but I think it’s a midwestern friendliness thing. I ordered a club sandwich à la BLT for lunch and it was fiercely mediocre. Maybe the full club was much better. The M Club lounge was comfortable. Hot and chilled drinks and snacks were available 24/7. The elite breakfast is served out in the main dining area but you can grab your plate and scurry back into the M lounge to hide from the overbearing waitstaff.Food & drinks: M lounge or M club is stocked with snacks and drinks 24/7

This is a wonderful hotel and I’m a 5yr Titanium member so I stay in a lot of Marriotts. Rooms are excellent, bar is an 8, breakfast/lunch/dinner 8+. Let me say I ordered perhaps one of the top 3-4 steaks of my life here, the filet. I’m not kidding, it was as good as it gets. The cut and cook were phenomenal, I’m almost at loss for words. Stay here & eat here, can’t go wrong. Order the steak! :)Rooms: 8/10Food & drinks: 10/10

Always very clean and well kept. The furnishings are visually aesthetic and the facility maintained and in good repair. This is probably the classiest hotel in Wichita. From the beautiful marble tables, to the elegant sofas, this is a world class facility. There's not a better event center to hold banquets or conferences, as the catering is premium.

Nice hotel but the staff pulled a bait and switch on me that i have never experienced in any Marriott property. I felt cheated and stuck in a place i didn't want to be.I called in before making my reservation because i had a special rate available with an explore rate form. I have used this in the past at other properties with no problems. However, different hotels have different requirements. Reason I called in to confirm. The gentleman proceeded to tell me to book online then bring in the form in person for the special rate. When i arrived, I was received by a different staff member who refused to accept my special rate. She then also refused to cancel my reservation which was now double the regular price.I did everything i was told by the staff and still they refused to help me.I would recommend better training for the staff and just better customer service as a whole. Tricking people into paying higher rates leaves a poor taste on a customer. Not up to the standard that the Marriott brand usually delivers. Needless to say i don't recommend visiting this location solely based on the customer services received.

It's a great location for workOutside city but close enough for a short drive into town. Security for the hotel was great, patrol outside and room key needed to use elevator. No microwave in room, only microwave was first floor.

This is one of the better hotels I've stayed in. Included at no additional cost is washers with complimentary auto add soap and softener and dryers, 3 of each machine. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. One person, Neema, is always so helpful and friendly and a joy to work with. The hotel restaurant make a awesome KC Strip steak, they have a pizza that could be shared by 3 people and their nachos are plentiful as well.Breakfast buffet is easy and you can get stuff to go if in a hurry. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and a large patio which all are great.

The hotel lobby looks great, but as you take a closer look, there are some real improvements to be made. The elevators are secure with needing your key to access your floor. Once we checked into our room, we had ordered a pack n play for our daughter to sleep in (in advance, which was not in the room). Upon opening and setting it up, we discovered it needed a real good cleaning as you can see from the pictures...a real disappointment for this hotel chain. The bottom of the shower needed some deep cleaning with a magic eraser to get the grime off others' feet washed away. Our other daughter begged to go into the pool, which we allowed only to find more grime and lack of cleaning. I realized that with indoor/outdoor pools, it's hard to always have clean, but cleaning the glass should be done... See pictures of who knows what on the glass the water is filled with black grime from trees and debris from landscaping. Paid extra for the M-Club, and all they had was coffee, a few soda choices, and granola bars, but the website advertised snacks and hot meals that were not present. Overall, I was very disappointed with the hotel. Will not be back and unlikely to visit Marriott for quite some time.Rooms: It appears nice from a far, but when you look closer, it needs a good cleaning.

Had a great stay here during a very hectic weekend due to a sports tournament. The staff at the front desk were very nice. They accommodated us when I made a request. The hotel is fairly large which makes it ideal for events or for hosting several different sports teams at once. The pool was really neat. You could swim under a window/wall to go outside. Of course the kids loved that. The room was nice. Not outdated. I will say there were a couple spots on the wall that need touch up, I'm assuming due to people throwing their suitcases on the ottoman in the room. Thebroom layout was ok. The room we stayed in had a king sized bed and a chaise which could be used to sleep on. It was close to the wall so it did make opening the curtains a bit difficult, but there just curtains. The room had a view of a small portion of the roof and a very nice pond. The bathroom was great. The Rainhead shower head was great. Definitely relaxing.Nearby activities: Keeper of the Plains

Very nice hotel. Amazing amenities. The only downfall is the breakfast for $12. It's not worth it. Same kind of complimentary breakfast at other hotels.

This hotel is in a great location, is very clean, and everything you would expect from a full service Marriott! The pool was warm, and we loved that it was indoor/ outdoor. The room service and restaurant had decent food, but be sure to check your order. On two different occasions, items were wrong or left out. We were in a rush and didn't say anything , I'm sure if we did, they would have handled it as the service from the front desk was great. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Wichita.

Nice big windows. Needed soap in the room. The bathroom downstairs near the conference room had water everywhere. Analy in the breakfast area was awesome, but other staff seemed annoyed they had to work.
