Owner is extremely helpful and hands on with his business, friendly and provides excellent prompt service. The brand new staff is great with good customer service. This is the only place in Wichita that I use to wash. The machines work great especially the new dryers they have installed new dryers. Great experience

We moved to Wichita from Japan this summer and had to send out our laundry due to being quarantined. I chose this company at first glance due to their well put together and professional website with clearly stated prices. Two months later I'm still using their services for drop off/pickup and delivery services! Their Customer service goes above and beyond. Their prices are well worth the services rendered. We'll continue to use for a long time!

I have been coming into this laundromat for several years. I had always found the staff to be pleasant, the place clean and there was always a big warm welcome from Michelle when I arrived. We would talk and laugh and before I knew it 2 hours passed by. That woman could talk about anything, very intelligent conversations. I never felt like I was at a laundromat but at a friends house. She even went as far as knitting a blanket for my grand baby. I really liked her, best customer service I had ever had any where and I've been all over the world. Unfortunately I can't say I like this laundromat any more. In fact I don't like it at all now. The water is always cold and they never turned on the air conditioning over the summer. If I ask for help now, I get met with rudeness. I don't know what happened to Michelle but the customer service has gone straight down hill. There is no welcome feeling when you walk in the door. It doesn't even feel like the same place it did a month ago. There is no one who can help me when the dryers or washers mess up like before. The woman that works there now never greets people, she is always on her phone. When I ask for help she never even bothers to looks up from her phone. She just says oh I don't know in her broken and barley understandable English. REALLY you go from best customer service to the absolute worst in a matter of a month. If you think one person can't make a difference then you are wrong. I'm here to tell you that just one woman made all the difference in the way this place felt. Now this is the most unpleasant laundromat I've ever been in with the rudest attendant I have ever encountered. I will not be back after dealing with that rude woman. She has all the warmth of a rancid dill pickle. I will not be back. I found a better place closer to my house. I use to drive across town just to come here. That will not ever happen again. Rude attendant and weird owner.

I've always enjoyed going there to do my laundry and conversing with Michelle while i waited. She always was professional, courteous and well spoken but as of lately, I'm not sure if this new staff is as professional as they should be. Even though the young woman were helpful and courteous, her choice of clothing for work that day was risque enough that i felt i had just walked into the Hooters or Twin Peaks of laundromats. I'm not sure if this is new business model or what but I am quite certain this doesn't fit into the motif of what College Hill is trying to establish. Bring back Michael or clean it up guys.
