I’ve worked in meat plants and meat markets and ordered butchered meat in three different states. This was by far the worst order we’ve ever received. Weight came in FAR less than estimated and what we did get was mostly fat, especially the bacon which was little more than fatback only good for throwing in a bean pot. Just incredibly disappointing. Won’t order from here ever again.
