I loved this bank until today. I encountered the worst customer service from a teller that I've ever experienced. She was snide, rude and condescending. In the 7 years I've banked there, I have cashed and deposited many large checks from agriculture and never been questioned before. She treated me like I was a criminal trying to cash a bad check. I'm so over Winfield Community National Bank! I will be looking for a new one!
