Employees are very rude, they take way too long to fill prescriptions, and are not helpful at all.

This place will take 2 hours to fill your prescription. Had to come back 3 times, over the span of 2 hours, to get one bottle of meds filled. Luckily I live in town, but geeze, literally anywhere else takes at most 30-40 min. I'd say go elsewhere, unless you have all day to hang out at the pharmacy.

This place refuses to do their job and call the doctors office for med refills as they assured they would. Everytime I have to fight to get my medications from this place because they tell me they are going to call and then dont and then refuse to give me medication that I have to have everyday.

Lately the quality of Dillons services, pharmacy and cashier help has declined greatly. On 12/21 my husband and I went to buy food for Christmas. 2 males stood in the check out lane next to us talking while my husband sacked our groceries. The same week the Pharmacy didn't have medications that were ordered ready. then we purchased a Dillons gift card for our daughter as a gift and she says no one activated it. She couldn't spend the money we put on there. All and all this place has went down hill. I'm not sure why. But, they need to get it together.

They help with discounts on prescriptions and sometimes will call the doctor or hospital to get you something cheaper. But the wait is excruciating usually.

Awesome! Unless there is someone new, they know who we are when we get there. They try to keep us advised of generics. Always make sure we don't have questions about our meds especially new ones or ones with reactions to other meds. I like the rewards program for fuel points too. I like the automated system for refills they have and that they will get a hold of the doctor to renew a script. There store hours really work for us as well.
