I visited Jade Nails today for a mani and pedi, and while I was very happy with the service provided by the new girl—she did a great job and was very nice—the overall experience was marred by the behavior of the salon owner. The owner openly criticized and shamed the employee in front of clients, which was very unprofessional and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to see such treatment of staff in what could otherwise be a great salon.
