Kline Ford is awesome! They had a valet service (in town) that would pick my car up and return it when they were done. I appreciated the text messaging that provided updates and information regarding progress and when they would be returning my car. As a courtesy, they washed and vacuumed it before returning it. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I would recommend Kline Ford to anyone

I live close to Wichita and had spoken to few Ford dealerships in the area. I was not happy with the repair information and/or numbers I was getting. A friend of mine suggested reaching out to Jeremy Biddle at Kline Motors. It ended up being excellent advice, as he was able to help out on a major repair. I ended up working with Brandy on the service details and she was awesome to deal with. It was well worth the drive to get away from the Wichita/ surrounding area dealerships. I would recommend Kline motors and their staff to anyone needing repair work done. Easily a 5 Star rating!

Kline Motors continues to be the place I rely on to service my Ford Lincoln. They drove me back to my residence at the start of my service so I didn’t have to wait, then returned my vehicle to my home when the service was done. I trust them to make sure my car is safe to drive. What peace of mind!
