If you are needing your fingerprints taken for USDA background checks this location does not have a clerk here on Saturday's to do this for you. The USDA site states that this location is one of the few available on Saturday for this service but it is not. Just an FYI. Don’t drive out of your way like I did. 🙃

Mail carriers needs to double check the mailing address before giving it to the wrong mailbox ? Happens too many times that it becomes a nuisance

Won't deliver my mail due to prior tennant being a disabled elderly lady and the mail box is 6 steps from the road. I know it's inconvenient for them, but it's even more inconvenient for me due to the fact I have to drive down to the post office to get my mail.

Mail carriers can't do their job correctly, repeatedly delivering packages to the completely wrong address/name.

I have been using this office my entire adult life and never had a problem. Workers are always efficient and friendly, get you on your way quickly. Mail is delivered to my home without worry or delay.

Had a horrible time with my passport, when I first went in they didn't have time to talk and handed me directions to do application online, application was vague and confusing, took it in and found out non-required fields were required and staff I dealt with didn't apologize and just got very smug, my passport photo looks horrible and they didnt see it was checked as expedited. Went back in when the fees, didnt add up and they didn't want to fix it, I hope,the passport comes in time. I'll never use the postal service again for passport, a friend said WSU is best.

Nearly impossible to contact a human by phone, overly complicated customer support website. Low water bridge has a few inches of water? Delivery canceled. Alternative route is available? Too bad not delivered because rain. Terrible. I have NEVER in my life been able to rely on the USPS... The new slogan should be, we will deliver it when we feel like it.

The ladies were very kind, patient and quite knowledgeable about the rules on shipping the type of product I had. They go out of their way to make it easy for the rest of us. They also had great senses of humor lol. Looking forward to many future post office transactions!

The staff is always knowledgeable and efficient. They are helpful and work hard to keep up with the line that can get rather long sometimes.
