The staff are always friendly. As a corporation, imagine locating your store in a region with frequent, lengthy power outages and not having a backup generator or solar-powered energy wall. The company would prefer to have the overworked staff just throw everything refrigerated into the dumpster and restock in a week or so, rather than prepare for this eventuality.
