I have done my taxes with H&R Block for several years and though they always get me a nice return they do not honor appointment times at this location. I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am and they took 5 walk ins after 11 despite my appointment before they helped me the staff was friendly and professional but these are busy times and appointments should be kept.
