the new owner is not a good fit for the storage business tells you you can call or text then complains that you text tells you its a month to mouth and claims to take it back never said anything about a lease then later claims he wants one this guy is all over the place he blocks you on facebook even if you don't post on it which is odd i had a good relationship with the original owners this guy buys it jacks up the rates acts very highschool current and new renters beware might want to pass on renting here this place is nice but it was built by a the original owners the new owners have nothing to do with how nice it is currently this guy bought at the wrong time and now has a high interest rate and is passing his bad business deal onto the renters to fit the bill adding more units does nothing for the current renters and offers no benefits to the current renters to warrant a price increase for them don't be taken advantage of rent elsewhere

A word of caution to current and new renters the previous owners were better people and easier to deal with the new owner claims to be friendly but is not and Jack's the price up and tells you one thing and then tells you another renters beware you have been warned And if he doesn't like what you say he will block you on Facebook Stay away at all costs this will be cross posted
