Andrew has been such a blessing to work with. I have taken my computer to him when I was really in a pickle more than once and he worked to get it back to me in a very timely manner. He really went above and beyond one of those critical times. He saved the day more than once.
He is knowledgeable, kind and fair. That's a great combination!

Community Computers go above and beyond. Not only have they fixed my laptop, transferred my files, but have also given me great advice for my replacement laptop. They answer any computer questions and offer advice on what is the best buy for any electronics I need or want. They are the best there is!!

Where do I begin. This has to be the most incompetent computer repair place ever.1st I was told they would have an answer within 3 days. Which was a Saturday. Day came and went no communication. So due to my schedule I waited until Tuesday to reach out. Andrew gave me the run around about it being a bad hard drive. But he wanted to check one more thing. It was always one more thing. Finally go to pick it up and he said he was able to do a better deal for me so I was like ok great! But when I asked for the old hard drive back he did his little song and dance. That’s when I got really suspicious because right there on the bench was my hard drive. With a sticker on it that says format. He said no he didn’t think that was it. So I left. But it didn’t set well with me and I sent Andrew a text that I wanted that hard drive and that he was giving me the runaround.? He was angry in his response to me but set a day I could pick the hard drive up.The next day the hard drive he put in started falling. Sent him a screenshot, no response.Finally after I had cooled down I reached out to him again to get my computer fix. He told me to bring it by Saturday at 11. Well 11 came and went so I waited a bit and sent a text. No response. I waited an hour, no show. Therefore this review.Do not trust this guy as far as you can throw him. Oh and my original hard drive was 1 terabytes and the new hard drive he installed for me is half of that. And the receipt was very unprofessional also. If I can I’ll find it a take a picture.Be safe from scams like this!!!!Judi
