After multiple visits here wanting to support local businesses, I have come to th conclusion they will no longer get my business. I have never been ignored by as many people in one store as I was here. Employees would look at me and walk right past me without a word. Stood at the repair counter for 15 minutes before finally going up front then being sent back there. Would not recommend.

Great hardware store with a nice selection and it’s close to my house. If you don’t like driving into US27 then most everything is at Cottinghams Hardware. Give them a try next time.

Guy at the front door asked if I needed help. Directed me to the item that wasn't where he said it was. Asked another man working in the store where the drill and taps where. He looked where I had already been. He asked à third man. He took me right to them, except this store has sliding shelves apparently with product stacked three sliding doors deep. Not very customer friendly. Parking lot was huge but took forever to get out of my parking space because of all the people just parking wherever and customers picking up and dropping off rental construction equipment

Ace Hardware was as expected except that the cashier had no helpful knowledge on either of the items I was planning to purchase. Another customer actually gave me detailed information to assist on the purchase.

I have gone there to get wheels for my lawn mower and have gone there to get spark plugs for my weed eater and they have so many things there that you might need. The employees are very very nice and helpful. This is a really nice hardware store and I'm very happy that I've gone there to get my items that I have needed.
