I am a businessman and need my change for my customers. However, when I go to the fifth third in Alexandria and ask for a box of quarters, they never seemed to have them. You would think a big bank would be able to have quarters to give to their customers. I had to go to 2 different fifth third, banks to get one box of quarters.

Some nice lady turned in my card lost in the walmart parkinglot while I was broke down trying to fumble with my car. They left me a voicemail that my card was turned in so I was able to get it the next morning. The ladies there are SO nice and wished me happy holidays! life savers!

Conveniently located in a busy shopping plaza, this branch is far enough away from most of the traffic that you can get in & make a transaction without much hassle. I used the drive through in the early afternoon & while the rest of the area was bustling with activity, I got through pretty quickly. Will have to remember this location next time I'm in the area & need some quick cash.

I don't like going to this branch the girls are hateful I've never seen anything like this before. They talk about the customers when they leave I don't understand why they think they are so much better than anyone else I will never bank there the girls need to do some growing up never had any problem at any other location just the Alexandria location. Seems like they need to be retrained.
