He came out quickly and was very efficient. Not only did he replace our humidifier and filters, but took the time to explain to me how to work/ maintain it. I appreciate this company for being honest and taking the time to explain everything to me. Would definitely recommend!

My furnace stopped working while I was on vacation. Guthier came out quickly and fixed it for me. I've used them before to replace my AC unit as well. Quality work with a fast response time. They're my first choice for HVAC repair and maintenance.

Highly recommend Guthier Heating and Cooling!My furnace started making an unusual noise before the system kicked on. Within two weeks it stopped working altogether. A friend recommended Guthier Heating and Cooling. Jesse was prompt to diagnose the issues plaguing the furnace. He thoroughly explained in the terms I would understand exactly what the problems consisted of and what parts were needed for the repair. Thinking it would be a couple days, I was pleasantly surprised when Jesse called a few hours later. He informed me that he was able to resource the parts needed. Even more to my amazement, Jesse mentioned he could stop back by later the same day to finish the repairs. He went above and beyond by explaining in detail what settings are best for me and my family. Excellent customer service, exceptional work, and truly cares about a job well done. His interaction with my grandchildren was something special and wasn't at all bothered by their questions. Very pleased customer and will be calling them with any future HVAC needs. We selected Guthier Heating and Cooling to replace our 15 year-old heat pump system from among several other companies we had taken into consideration. What really struck me was the phenomenal ratings and reviews they had received. Digging deeper into their BBB rating, website and Facebook page we found only the most positive results. After comparing offerings from a couple other HVAC contractors, the system we were presented with matched our needs perfectly at a very affordable price. Jesse and Carrie were right on time for the installation, very respectful of our property and very efficient working together in removing our existing equipment and installing the new. Jesse took his time afterward to make sure we had everything set to our satisfaction and that we understood how to adjust and maintain it. Heat went out on Sunday evening. Called large firm who never returned with a time. Friend recommend Guthier Heating and they called me at 7 am, was here by 8 am, and had our heat working and he was finished by 9 am. They had the part needed on his truck. Owner was professional, respectful and pleasant. They will be my first call if I ever have another problem. They do business the way it’s supposed to be done. Highly recommend!Services: Repair HVAC
