I was in there for a while with my 7 month year old for an oil change. A cable ended up braking on the truck when they were getting it off the lift and they immediately put me in a loaner for a few weeks until the part came in. Definitely would have been a lot worse had I not gotten service at Kerry Chevrolet. Everyone was great and helpful with getting it fixed over thanksgiving. It would’ve turned into a whole issue if I were at a quick service type place or parking lot and my truck wouldn’t go into gear. Much appreciated from the team!

I found Kerry through the Costco Auto Buying Program. Right from the start the process was so much better than any other experience I have had at other dealerships. There was no pressure nor corny sales pitches. Andy was fantastic! He set realistic timeline expectations and regularly sent updates. I will absolutely recommend Kerry Chevrolet!

I scheduled a service three weeks in advance that required parts to be ordered if they weren’t in stock (tire rotation, coolant flush and upper/lower radiator hoses replaced). The service should have only taken a few hours total and I would have left with my car the same day. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was told it would be a few days to get my car back as the necessary parts were not in stock and were not ordered when the original service was scheduled. I was met with resistance by the supervisor regarding the service I wanted for my car (coolant flush and hose replacement), and this is the same resistance I was met with when I attempted to schedule the service weeks ago. The excuse for not ordering parts was “I was on vacation and did not see a note to order parts”, which admits disorganization and a lack of preparation of this dealership from the time you schedule a service to the day the service is carried out. I ended up with only part of the service requested completed, a tire rotation, which took around 2.5-3 hours to complete. My vehicle was dropped off at around 7:45AM. This service alone should not have taken as long as it did. I have since found a Chevy dealership willing and able to service my car and will not be returning to this one for future needs.

Matthew Hubig sold me my new Sante Fe and the process was so easy and seamless. He was honest, transparent and genuine. It was refreshing to work with a "car salesman" that wasn't trying to get one over on you. If you are in the market for a new car, I HIGHLY recommend Matthew Hubig with Kerry Chevrolet/Hyundai.

My sales rep Mike Hillner was very kind and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured in any way.He walked me through my car and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He made me feel comfortable and was very easy to work with I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car.

When we got into our truck after it was serviced, the clock and date were incorrect. The battery had to be disconnected when the lights were replaced. I would assume given the $2,500 we paid for the service that someone would've made sure those details were completed.I also text the service rep and asked for my total so I could send it to my son since he was picking the truck up while I was out of the country. The rep never replied. They were not as communicative as we had come to know at Kerry.

We just purchased a new vehicle from Kerry in Alexandria. Our salesperson, Andy Hanck, was really great. We enjoyed his personality and his great knowledge of the vehicles. He was very patient with us to answer all of our questions and work very hard to get us our new car in budget. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family

EDIT REVIEW!!!! I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox in April of 2019. Has be a great car up until recently. In March of this year we started getting a service break assist come across the dash. We took it in for service and got new brakes along with a new caliber and turned our rotors. Fast forward to 6 months later and we're getting the same notice on our dash along with service park assist and something about steering assist. Call to get my vehicle service and can't get a rental but have to leave my car there for 2 days. This is very frustrating as this is our family car and being without it for a few days makes things a little difficult for us. I managed to make arrangements and take my car in. They check the car out and say nothing is wrong and "no codes" are showing. He advised that I could bring the car up when it is showing across my dash. It's not like I can stop out my day to bring my car 20 minutes out of my way when a light comes on (does not stay on comes and goes). I'm even more frustrated now a few more weeks later and it's doing it more often and I have to take my car back out there. Here I am once again trying to scramble to figure out how I'm going to be without a car for them to look at it once again. I have video and pictures of what the car is doing. After research I find that it seems to be a reoccurrence with my model of Equinox. I really wish Kerry, Chevy, and GM can get it together and fix my car!!!!!

If you’re in the market for a new car, go see Hunter at Kerry. He personally delivered my car to my house. I love my 2024 Trax RS!! Chevy did good on this re-model!!!

Ous salesman, Mike Hillner was very friendly and personal. He listen to our needs and concerns and was patient throughout the sales process. His and the Sales Manager's honesty was appreciated during the closing of the sale. We were very delighted in our experience with Kerry Chevrolet and would definitely recommend the dealership.
