I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday June 8, 2022. While scheduling online I opted for the high mileage service & also noted that my check engine light was on. I called today, June 7, and asked if they could do an oil change as well since I'm 400 miles away from needing my next oil change. The service representative was not helpful, did not know the task that I requested and said the engine light check would not be able to be done. (I scheduled it to be done)! I do not understand why this service representative handled the call in this manner. I won't be back, I'd rather drive 20 extra miles than deal with a clown that doesn't know what service jobs are lined up. I'd give 0 if I could!?

Eddie Monroe was awesome! He was vey knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the Trailblazer. He was super nice and I had a pleasurable experience purchasing my vehicle from Kerry Chevrolet. I highly recommend getting a vehicle from Kerry Chevrolet!

The supervisor in the Chevrolet service area today is rude. He talked down to me. Apparently he thinks women don't know anything about cars. He was so rude I told him to get my bill and bring my car out. He replied that "I am still in possession of your vehicle." Excuse me? I'm not even sure what that is supposed to mean. I then paid my bill and walked outside, where I waited for another 15 minutes for my car. When he got out of my car he refused to hand me my keys and proceeded to accused me of not paying my bill. I have bought my last 5 cars from Kerry, I won't buy another one if I'm going to get treated like this. I won't ever step foot on their lot again..

I am a repeat (9 times) customer because of the great customer service and the ease at which they get you in the vehicle you want with the terms you are looking for.I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else.

Todd Weber was/is the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was very friendly and upbeat as was Matt in Finance. I get a call every couple days just making sure I am happy with my car and still liking it. They ask if I have any questions or need anything from them. I’ve never dealt with a company that has this good of customer service. I love my car and the service I get from Kerry.

I just purchased a vehicle from Kerry Chevrolet. I worked with Matt our salesperson who was very friendly, helpful, and provided amazing customer service. I also worked with Matt in the finance department and he was equally amazing to work with as well. Both of these guys helped make replacing my existing vehicle that was totaled an easy and amazing process. Andy in sales has been very helpful especially for following up and updating me. I would highly recommend Kerry Chevrolet, both Matt in sales and Matt in Finance when purchasing a new or used vehicle. I’m very pleased with my new vehicle and will definitely return when I’m looking for a new vehicle. Thank you both for all of your help!

I had my car towed to this location when it started to overheat. You had my car for almost a month before you even started work on it. When I called about it, you told me that the service guy that was supposed to be working on the car was on vacation. We finally were able to reach someone that reassigned the work and I was told what needed to be done and I was quoted a price. I agreed and you proceeded to do the work. I was called and told that the work was completed and I could come pick up the car. I drove the car home. when my husband went to drive the car the next day it started to overheat. I tried called over and over and over. I asked for a service manager and was told that he was not available and would call me back. he called back once and when we answered he acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up. I came to find out that one of the hoses that was cracked was not replaced. I know this because I had to have someone else fix that issue. We could also tell that you did not even try to flush the fluids from the tubes. We could tell this because the sludge was still in the coolant reservoir when we got the car back. We have flushed the car and it is still overheating. So I paid you for work that you did not do!!!!! I am so disappointed in your service department! I now have no car to get to and from work. I am having to spend more money on an issue that your company said was resolved. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!!!!!!!

we love our suburban, the staff is super friendly
