Customer service is on the decline. Went in recently and learned how the younger generation approaches customer service. One young lady was rude, made me stand at the counter for 5 minutes while she ignored me, and a younger male employee played on his phone. I hope that corporate does some training because this is going to cost customers if it continues. Customer service really is becoming a thing of the past...

Most of the time I go in here the employees are at least some what helpful, but today when I went in with my dog, one of the employees had their 2 dogs TIED TO THE REGISTER. They were barking and lunging and pulling toward my dog. I wasn’t even able to check out with my items for fear of my own dog (in a pet friendly store) getting attacked by the employees dogs. This was so unprofessional and when I brought it up with an employee she said “so?”. If I could rate this store lower, I would. 0/10.

TSC reward point program sucks, and the cashiers that don't know their jobs on how to enter them properly! Been over 2 weeks, 3rd time of having to call their BS help line. And they didn't fix the problem. All these people are worried about is not the customer! But their paychecks. So tired of having to look over receipts to ensure you all do your jobs! It's not so much about those points, it's about trust and customer service.

Don’t bother buying any kind of horse feed here unless you want to kill your horses with moldy feed. Three times we have come here to buy feed and EVERY TIME there’s mold in it.

Just had to drive 32 miles so 64 miles round trip to buy a kerosene heater which the website said they had 7 of in stock updated right before I left. Got there and there's not a single one and I know TSC isn't going to reimburse me for the gas I wasted because they can't update their system. It's the same thing as fraud. Over a hour of my life wasted. Not using TSC anymore besides for rabbit food. That's all they are good for

The manager at the Tractor Supply in Alexandria was rude and unhelpful today. I was trying to explain my question and he responded abruptly and acted annoyed. When I asked if he could give me a phone number of one of his suppliers he could not be bothered to find it. As a result I was unable to find a solution to sell back over $700 worth of merchandise and he offered me a $5 discount as a conciliation. I left my over $700 worth of merchandise at the store for free because it was a safety issue. Now they can resell it but I left with nothing not even an I’m sorry I wish we could help. I will never shop there again.

Bought a four wheeler for my children at the store they lost the keys in the safety lanyard for the Killswitch lucky enough, though an older gentleman had an extra key that he gave us for it but it still needs the Killswitch safety lanyard called numerous times to see if they might’ve found it. No one even knows with her what’s going on with it, so it looks like they’ve never even looked for anything to ever happen with it, somewhat good service, horrible organizational skills but I do want to say the older gentleman that gave us a key off of his personal ones was a really nice guy to do that
