This location was out of Udrive cards, cashier picked one up near the register like she considered using it so I could receive a discount on my purchase and then put it back down and tried to charge me full price. I asked her to remove the items that wouldn’t receive the advertised discount. She did so happily and seemed a little smug. Doesn’t seem like a friendly place.

The fat white kid needs to be fired the one with a attitude acting like he is above everyone while he makes ice cream. How is he still working there after all the complaints maybe if he lost some weight he would be a little happier and stop treating every customer that walks in like garbage .

Great place for a quick ice cream break, grab and go dairy. Always local. Always open till at least midnight 7 days a week.

Milkshakes are never consistent. There should be a certain way they are made and everyone should be retrained to make them. I have had gobs of malt powder in bottom, and most of the time lately you get chocolate milk instead of an ice cream malt. They are not cheap and should be made correctlyI

very rude staff. acted like it was a chore to serve myself and other customers. the one employee (young male) was making rude comments and was totally unprofessional.

The kid working as cashier has been here for years and I have never had a good thing to say about him. I like to go here bc it’s convenient but this kid is too much. He insults everything you order and then tries to talk to you while insulting your lifestyle. If you ever see a bigger white kid probably 23-25 who doesn’t stop talking, especially about themselves I’d turn right around.

Past few times I’ve been here the evening staff have been extremely rude. Also heard other people say the same thing, management really dropped the ball on who they hired. Particularly with the guy that works in the evening. There have been many complaints about him but I see nothing has been done because he’s still like every other time. The last couple malts I got from here were very watery so not only was the customer service trash, but so were the malts I bought.

Extremely rude service. They have a kid working here that thinks it's okay to slam things and yell at customers because he's mad he has to serve ice cream. You work at UDF, they're known for ice cream

I went in and asked for one cookies n cream milkshake with chocolate milk, then I asked for a cookies n cream ice-cream medium. The kid who made my order made two milkshakes instead of one each, which I was totally fine with. Wasn’t mad or anything, so I said I wanted an ice cream instead of another milkshake to the cashier and this older lady, a bit heavier set who was the cashier that night yelled at me for at least 5 minutes about how medium means milkshake instead of ice cream and made a total scene in the building. Now, I specifically said ice cream so that means they didn’t listen because milkshake and ice cream are two different things when ordering. Also, instead of saying “Oh, we don’t have mediums for ice cream, but we have larges. What flavor or size do you want, and sorry about that” She did not say that at all and I had to again ask for ice cream to get the point across. I said this to her and also said, “why didn’t you correct me then and just say we have larges not mediums”; she then blamed the kid by saying he was unable to decipher this and that she could have and still yelled at me! When obviously she knew what I meant. And the kid even knew after I corrected him about the ice cream, so he wasn’t d*** or anything. He just made an honest mistake. She also then made me pay for the messed up order as well and had the audacity to say “don’t be afraid to ask for anything”. The point is that the customer service was beyond awful and the cashier lady was extremely rude, made me pay extra, didn’t help me, yelled, and didn’t offer and ice cream when I clearly asked for it and never said sorry.
