I would like to share my experience with one of your employees going above and beyond for her customer. On July 29, Sts. Peter & Paul had its annual church picnic. I have been in charge of ordering, counting and depositing the money from the picnic for the past 13 years. This year when we arrived at the bank to make our deposit in the night drop box, the key I had would not open the lock box. We tried everything. It was nearly mid night. When all else failed we packed up the money bags and took them home with us. On Sunday morning I reached out to Lori Schuetz and she met us at the bank Sunday afternoon and was able to get me a new key so we could make this deposit. She didn’t have to do this. She did this on HER time and we were so appreciative of what she did.Great Customer Service!
