I highly recommend the bacon burger, of course! Pro tip- if you split 1.25lbs of bacon burger into four large thin patties, they cook down to the perfect size for a hamburger bun.
Also highly recommend a bottle of their sweet bourbon glaze. It's perfect for grilling salmon on cedar planks.”

“Best damned pork chop I’ve ever had! We rode our motorcycles for an hour to find this place, bought two beautiful, thick, porterhouse pork chops …came back to our campground and grilled them. They were the best I’ve ever had. Wish I could go back and stock up. Thank you for a fabulous dinner. Also got a pound of the hot sausage and cooked some for breakfast. Amazing!”
