“I had an alternator blow without warning. I dropped my car off late on a Friday afternoon mentally braced to be without reliable transportation for the weekend and perhaps longer, but it was fixed in less than hour at a reasonable price. As a college student with classes, a full-time job, a part-time internship, and not much of a support system to fall back on, having such a quick turn around on the repair saved me from so much stress and money I would've had to sink into transportation over the weekend otherwise. It was a great experience and I'm super grateful!”
