Great customer service Heather was awesome to work with very knowledgeable of all my questions very friendly made me very comfortable made me feel like family. I would always ask for her if I need heip I live in Utah so it's usually on the phone all I can say is this credit union is ? amazing.

Working with the public myself, two things I never want to do are 1. Lie to others and 2. Intentionally make life harder for others. We were lied to about a situation, then when we called to do exactly as the employee had said to do we were treated with the rudest attitudes. Their commercials make it seem like they care about others, but don’t be fooled.

I wish I had something positive to say about this institution but I don't. The only thing ACU cares about is how much of your money they can separate from you. I have had so many negative experiences with them I have went 3 different times to close out my account and they convinced me not to. They did the least they could do to keep me from closing my account. I wish I would have stuck with my guns and stopped the nonsense from the start. I don't recommend this bank unless you like being frustrated and having your money stolen little by little with NSF charges, don't matter if you have overdraft protection or not, it don't protect you from still getting NSF charges...insane

Great staff, quality customer support, and are very easy to deal with. I personally think the staff go above and beyond to exceed customer needs. I have multiple loans with this institution and they always exceed my expectations. I am a proud member of the Ashland Credit Union.

Would you like to get overdraft fees when you have money to cover things in your account? Would you like them to move $.01 to that account that has the money to cover your transaction for $5 fee that finally overdrafts your account?Would you like charges you made 6 days ago hang in limbo until a a large payment comes up and then suddenly they all go through the second after the largest payment clears?Would you like those payments to instead go through seconds before you are paid causing another overdraft fee?If your answers are yes, then I completely suggest using this credit union.Local isn't always best, y'all.

Can't get through the drive thru in less than an hour. Horrible customer service, rude tellers. Anyone thinking of joining this credit union, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere .

Literally the absolute slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have to plan in advance when I have to go here because I know I will spend a minimum of 20 minutes sitting. I’ve been a loyal customer and dealing with this for years and it never gets any better. The most frustrating bank I’ve ever been a part of.

Only thing you can't go in. If having trouble with debit card have to pull in parking lot and call#. But we figured it out and they were very helpful excellent service. No going inside .

I have a problem with your TV commercials. First, it sounds like the voice is saying Ashley, not Ashland Credit Union.Children with childish voices don't leave me with a sense of professionalism. This is a deterrent for doing business with your organization.I'll keep muting when your commercials are on, and you'll keep paying for nonsense, how not to advertise a business.Thank you
