Chris at the Ashland Kentucky AT&T store was so patient.We had to unlock my credit and do so many technical things.He worked with me for 2 days. He deserves 10 stars!

Okay Lowe's I have nicknamed slows you can be in there for 8 hours and no one will come up and ask you if you need help and when you do ask people for help they pass you around like a Frisbee and their workers are known for being ninjas once you see him and go to find them to get help they vanish they're quick to hide I don't recommend this store to anyone it causes extreme aggravation when you can't find things and no one wants to help you even though Lowe's is a money maker for the CEO I'm sorry for being rude but it is what it is

The guy was not helpful at all as far as activation and putting to phone into service also only wanted to sell the most expensive accessories then would give a charger for the phone for free when it truly should be included with the phone he didn't seem to want to help after I told him. That an 80$ phone case was to much and a 40$ glass screen protector. Been with att 12 years didn't get any respect I only upgraded due to a failing phone I just feel like I am not worth anything to att as a customer. I doubt I will hear anything back from my Comment as well
