BEWARE!! We tried to upgrade to an iPhone 15. After taking the phone home to transfer the data, it froze and will not transfer. They sent us to the corporate store in Ashland who said they couldn’t do anything because this store is and Authorized Retailer and not a corporate store. If we want our phone fixed they told us we had to pay a $55 restocking fee. The corporate store said anything you buy at this store they cannot exchange!!

I would not recommend this store rude customer service right as soon as we walked in, never got a hello goodbye kiss my butt or whatever! Was needing to add WiFi to my car and he didn't want to do anything to help at all! Seemed very LAZY and unprofessional! Never will I go to this AT&T store again! #Lazy #WontHelp

Just avoid the headache, bad service, rude customer service, 45 minute hold times and go to T . My mother (whom is a young 76) had been trying for months to cancel her service with the main AT&T phone line. I told her we should be able to get some help from the local office. Boy was I WRONG! Do not sign up for service with AT&T because you can never cancel it. They want your first born which she gladly supplied, me: last four of your social security number, she gave it: and the meaning of life, which of course is 42 (you figure out why that is) and voter info (Wonder why? Democrat political sign in window was a curious tidbit). The best option they gave her was to not pay the bill and take the credit hit to get it finally canceled. Seriously, What's next? She have to go to India in person and speak to the call center folks in person? NOT a business to do business with.
