“I purchased a new battery for a company truck and the associate that helped me was never asked or anything but was kind enough to take the time to change the battery for me so as to not be charged a core. The gentleman was kind and done a great job cleaning up my very dirty corroded battery terminals and compartment to extend the life of the battery. I wish I would of caught the guys name because he deserves a raise for being a model employee that cares about the customer.Edit: Brian B was the associate that done a wonderful job putting my new battery in, thank you Brian”

“Ron got me a brand new radiator for about $50 less than any other auto store. He ordered it and it shipped to him by the next day. He was a very nice and honest man . He also repairs radiators but I preferred to go ahead and replace my old one. Ron does a lot of other work on cars, I plan to call him I the future for maintenance and other parts that I will need. Highly recommend him!!”

“I was visiting from Florida and made an appointment several weeks ago when I realized a transmission flush for my Rogue was $60 less than the Nissan dealer in my hometown. The associate answered all my questions and made scheduling my appointment easy. I received a confirmation email and text reminder the day before the appointment. When I arrived at the service center they opened the garage door, I drove inside and checked in. The check in process took roughly 5 minutes. I had a transmission flush, oil change and labor charge for replacing the inside cabin filter I provided. My appointment was for 9:40 AM and I received a call at 11:03 AM that my car was ready. Much faster than my dealer in Jacksonville. I was how told when I dropped off the car the maintenance package for oil changes was expired as the car was over 60,000 miles. The cashier found a loophole in the contract and called Nissan and got it covered for me. What a blessing! Saved me $60;) Thanks for taking such great care of me and my Nissan today! If I need additional maintenance work I will try to schedule on my next visit.”

“Always have done a good job at rotating my tires. However the balance weights always fly off the second I get above 45 mph. It can also be a bit slow at times due to understaffed employees.”
