“I have always gotten excellent service here! When I was there a couple of weeks ago I had a drywall screw in my tire. They repaired it and I was on my way in less than 15min !!”

“Was in town for business, and my tire got a screw in it. They got me in and out in under 30 minutes with at least two people ahead of me, and the price was way cheaper than what I’ve paid around where I live.”

“Needed front tires for our bus/home and while visiting I discovered Appalachian Tire in Ashland Ky. This experience was like coming home. I’ve never felt so important in my life. I ordered my tires to be installed at a later date. On Sept 2nd I arrived for installation and was directed to the stall where the installation would occur. Wow these guys are incredible, they immediately went to changing my tires. And within a small amount of time, I was good to go. Thank you so very much for your kindness and appreciation. These gentlemen treat you like the family you always wanted. Thank you Thank you Thank You!”

“This was the closest place I was given when trying to get a used tire bc my husband was in the hospital and our tire went flat. I was able to get enough air in it to be able to drive to get a new one but I was from out of town and so nervous about driving around bc my husband usually did things like this and not me. I made it here though and was going to get the tire patched or replace it and this business was so helpful that they sent me down the road a little bit further where they knew that I could get the tire I needed and have it put on for a small price and I was just thankful that they were so friendly and helpful and I went and I got my tire and here it is 6 months + later and that tire is still going good that I got and I got back to the hospital and was so grateful for the help I was able to get from these Ashland businesses! A big thank you”

“I have always gotten my oil changes here since I buy my cars here, I will say this was the first time I ever got a text message wanted to know if I needed anything and one about the details of my maintenance. I felt like I was actually someone and not just a number. That made my day!!! BUT, when I went to pay and was told “The fairy paid my bill” I was absolutely shocked cause nothing has ever happened to me like that, I actually questioned AJ if she was sure that I didn’t have to pay. I have told everyone about the great experience I had at Mark Porters, keep up the fantastic work!!”

“Stopped in yesterday for an alignment, was a pleasure to deal with. They didn't try to upsell, just done what I asked to do. Which was great, I recommend this location. And will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“I had the best experience at Firestone in Ashland today. After my car was stuck near the Firestone location with a flat, I had called a tow service to take my car and get a new tire. But thankfully, I was assisted by Foster! My car was close enough that he had me cancel the tow and one of the repairmen walked to my vehicle and assisted me. Foster was extremely helpful and friendly, he even recommended a nice nearby place to eat/drink while I was waiting on my car. Foster and the Firestone Ashland team really saved my day, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you Firestone Ashland, and thank you Foster!”
