I Needed a fancy Christmas outfit including shoes. The sales associates in both areas were fantastic. Chloe, Jan, Nenny went out of their way to help. Special shoutout to the manager Tammy, for her help at the register.

The store itself is fine although there are too few registers. Employees however can make or break a store. The foreign woman with dark hair who works in shoes has to be the rudest employee I’ve ever seen. She is sarcastic to anyone walking by and heckles customers. Belk might want to take notice and do some customer service training.
