I bought a brand new air bed there not even 2 weeks ago. The person I bought it for left so I no longer need it. This is the first store I have ever saw not take new merchandise back!! I didn't even open it!! I will think twice before I shop there again!! That is not right !

Most employees are helpful and polite and as always you go to big lots for the type stuff they have they do well when it comes to swapping the seasonal out we go for the change of each for different reasons

I like coming here because the merchandise varies from other stores in town and usually offered at a decent price. Friendly staff. Not the most tidy or fancy but ok.

To be continued from GENESIS STRENGTH he insisted on using a dolly after taking plastic wrap off the couch to protect it and the couch scrapped off the floor and put a rip on the side and the corner of our brand new couch then we asked for a refund and he was annoyed we wanted a refund because of damage the worker caused we waited two months to get this couch that we couldn’t even get because of horrible customer service there he was rude and disgusting the entire time and will be calling corporate no one should have to go through these type of situations when spending their hard earned money.
