Hours: Based on the reviews, Build-A-Bear Workshop offers amazing service with childlike wonder and kind staff. One wonderful woman went above and beyond expectations, helping a customer get a bear for their fur baby, who loved it and carried it all the way to the car. An assistant manager was very helpful and sweet on the phone and in person. However, another visit was the last due to a miserable employee who stared at her boyfriend the whole time instead of doing her job, which was incredibly disrespectful. Overall, the most kind staff can be found here, but one experience was very disappointing.
