Friendly staff. However, the amenities available at other CineMark theaters, such as swing over trays on each seat would be excellent additions. I had forgotten what it was like to juggle snacks and drinks without a place to put them. Overall it was a good experience though.

Very polite and helpful staff when I came in with a van full of disabled Veterans. They took the extra time to help us get settled.
