My uncle was treated very well by the staff and they worked very hard to make sure he was as comfortable as possible in his last days. The work these people do is very important, and my family and myself are all very appreciative of the amazing care my uncle received.

We sent my mom here thanking we could trust them and it was the worst mistake ever. They refused to allow us to talk to her and would not let her come back home and sent her to her brothers. They treated her as if she was almost dead which she was not and I would not wish any family to go through what ours just did.

I can't speak to longevity but we were welcomed with my mother and made to feel at home. This place is so peaceful and really nice.

They are wonderful and caring. We appreciate all of them w help with our Mom. They let family all visit no set visiting hours.

This is the only place I would have sent my mother! They have awesome people working there! They help my family thur a very difficult time in our life. They were honest, compassionate and knew are needs before we did. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You would let people know about this place too.

the worst place they expect the person to die within 48 hours at least that is what the nurse told my wife,they shipped out father inlaw within 72 hrs. scum of the earth all they care about is getting their $5000 a day.

Absolutely the perfect location for end of journey. Quiet and serene, the volunteers and paid staff quickly become just like family. You’ll never regret the decision taking a loved one here for the final moments. Clean, comfortable and professional, you need to let them help you through this emotional and trying time.

I refer to the nurses at this facility and all the ladies in housekeeping and kitchen as “Angels”The care my mother received was above and beyond anything I could have imagined.I stayed 24/7 with my mother,almost 2 weeks. the decision to take her to hospice was a very hard one to make. Within 24 hours I knew I had made the right decision. They were so good to my mother ,to me ,my son ,all of our family members. I will be eternally grateful for everything they did for us. A truly wonderful amazing caring and kind people❤️

Very peaceful calm calm, beautiful, and Serene environment. The staff were very caring and made all patients and family members feel comfortable in the last days have their life. Very professional and very respectful. Five stars for hospice care Ashland Kentucky

Really nice place, however after my grandfather passed the nurse was really disrespectful and referred to my grandfather as "the body". I'm sure not all the employees are like this however she was very inconsiderate by rushing us to take action on the situation.
