I dropped in for a morning session and had a fantastic workout and great experience! The coach brought the positive energy and I had a blast doing a tough workout. I also loved the facility. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the Ashland area and give this box a try!

With over 12 years experience with them, I have to say that the best things happen at CFC. Skilled supportive coaches who really take personal interest in members, a true community of friends, and quality equipment in a clean well maintained facility. Best of all is that all levels of athletic skill are supported- from elite games level athletes to me- an over 50 woman with MS.

The best gym in the area. If you want an environment with supportive members and coaches that will challenge you and motivate you, this is the gym for you. Every movement in every workout can be modified to accommodate your current skill level whether you’re a beginner that has never trained or an avid fitness enthusiast. As a former college athlete, CrossFit Countdown is the best workout environment I’ve ever been apart of. The members and coaches treat you like family, the coaches have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and it’s a competitive environment. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to be a better, healthier, fitter individual.

I was always a runner and not a CrossFit person. CrossFit gyms have always intimidated me because I’m not strong, not coordinated and 100% not flexible. My best friend was visiting and dragged me to my first CrossFit class. Cassie and Cindy were so warm and welcoming. After 2 classes I was hooked! Each coach has their own teaching style which is extremely helpful. Each one explains the movements and offers corrections in a way that doesn’t make me feel stupid or inadequate. The gym is very clean and organized. I love this gym so much and encourage anyone who wants a community to join!

The absolute best place to get fit in the Tri-State area! The owners and trainers are the most encouraging and motivating trainers around. The members treat you like family and encourage you along the way too! Definitely give this place a try if you’re looking for a place to improve your physical fitness!
