Honestly the cashier that was working tonight 10/26 was extremely rude. Made me never want to return to this store again. I think customer service is a big part of a business and he had none.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Every time I go to this pharmacy it takes forever but this time was terrible. First of all, I called before going to the store and gave them all my info to see what it was going to cost to get my prescription filled because I have no insurance right now. Then I drove over and dropped it off, was told it would take 15 minutes to fill. I came back 20 minutes later. I was then told they didn't have a prescription for me. I proceeded to tell them I just dropped it off and they were very rude and dismissed me. I then finally got the answer that the insurance didn't cover it and so they didn't fill it. Again I repeat I explained all this to them when dropping off the prescription. Finally after 45 minutes already I was told it would take another 20 minutes to fill. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Store is usually pretty clean, prices are a little high, but they do have things I can't find anywhere else.

I think CVS is a very good pharmacy ,we need to be more patient with them they work hard CVS has a lot of people to wait on the phones ring off the hook just be a little more patient ? ?

L❤️VE the Lexington Avenue CVS store! Have been shopping at this store for several years. It tells me something when you see several of the same employees working there that have been working there from the get go!I've had several bad experiences with the pharmacy. Mainly the amount of time it sometimes takes to get a prescription filled. Especially frustrating when you call to check status of prescription and are advised it is ready for pickup; only to be told it has NOT been filled yet, once you arrive there to pick it up!Would be GREAT if they would allow customers to apply Rewards and Discounts on alcohol purchases!!

Go through their drive thru to get sons meds and they wasn’t even ready. He was seen at the doctor 5 hrs before i was able to even pick up his meds. Medicine doesnt take 5 hours to mix and get ready.

Place is always crowded but corporate must not be spending much in the way of profits on HR, or wages in the pharmacy dept. Sheesh deez regarded folks is downright sloooww. Then when you bring their mistakes to their attn......you have the attitude problem. If I was in that pharmacy I would assuredly try to find another job. bad mgmt, bad service, bad organization....maybe that is how they sell more blood pressure meds...IDK

I am truly impressed with the manager, Tammy...this lady has it going ob...i witnessed her taking care of customers . No one had to wait in line for service...she knows her stuff...I will continue to shop at CVS regularly. She is the resib why. The store is in order. Nothing out of place and clean...

Pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional. Took more than an gr for them to even call for a transfer no bathroom for customers you have waiting for multiple hrs people are rude and communication is zero

Tried calling their pharmacy Thursday morning and was put on hold twice for extended period of time. I could not get anyone to answer. Yesterday they told my husband they didn’t have a prescription for me. The dr said it was called in to them.

I love ? this location, I'm mostly referring to the pharmacy and the drive thru where mOsT everyone treats me as King ? I’ve been sitting in this drive-thru for over an hour. All the cars in front and behind me have their cars turned off. They don’t know what they’re doing and if they do I’d be surprised. Switch pharmacies as others in the area are much cheaper and not a hassle.
