Great customer service, and quick to get my car for me

The man who helped me was very professional, courteous, and informative. They upgraded me, which I didn't initially like. But, once I drove the Ford EcoSport, I enjoyed it thoroughly. I loved how helpful the online FAQ page was regarding what I needed to bring with me to my appointment. I'd rent again, for sure. Thank you.
