I recently went into a finish line store on Friday in Huntington, WV and I was highly disappointed! (I couldn't find that location on the yelp app) For a Friday afternoon there weren't many workers and the few that were there had horrible customer service! I was getting no service due to the manager flirting and taking pictures with a couple of the guys. She was very unprofessional and the flirting; with who I'm assuming is her boyfriend, made me extremely uncomfortable. The one guy there seemed nice but after the manager left the store with her boyfriend I wound up not getting anything because I was already annoyed, and just left the store. Please don't let children run these retail stores! I will definitely not be going back to that location and will be taking my business over to foot locker.

The service is awful, I call them over 10 times and no one answers. I wanted to get some shoes here but now I think I’m going to buy them elsewhere because this is annoying.

Always got great service here. I lost a hundred dollar bill in there once an all the employees helped me look for it . I never found it but I could of dropped it somewhere between there and my vehicle. Someone was happy that day! Lol . I'm just glad I was still able to get my son's shoes or I woulda been tore up. Thing is when u lose money like that most the time the person who finds it needs it as be as u so they keep it.

I think that the store manager is to young and is very unprofessional as she laughed at me when I told her she was being unprofessional and that she is to help her customers Her name is Eva Perry and at 25 she has a lot of learning to do. I think the she needs to be stepped down from her position and should never be a store manager. I would not use this store ever and will be getting the word out about this location.
