Best store in mall! My 10 yr old daughter loves this place and I do too. Most workers are very helpful. Only one time I asked a worker for help and she told me she would be right there but never helped me. I waited forever then found a different worker and she was very helpful!

I had a great experience at Five Below thanks to Brody. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional the entire time I was in the store. He went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed and kept a positive attitude even while staying busy. You can tell he takes pride in his job and cares about customers having a good experience. Employees like him really make a difference and reflect well on the store

They had things our barboursville WV store doesn't. There inside the Ashland mall and near Belk and Panera bread. There's a trampoline you can jump on that cost money kinda in front of there store.

I love most of the selection, such cute items. The prices are not as cheap as they try to make you think, but decent. I had to deduct stars for customer service and they sell woke stuff here that I wouldn’t want my kiddo buying.

Self check machine spit out $3 in change. The cashier refused to exchange the change for dollars. Poor customer service

Love this store, they have lots of different items. Certain ones are not below $5 though but the majority of their products are. I will always go there. Because I look for cheap prices. Since my income is so severely limited. Now that I am in a wheelchair. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
