Awesome place. My wife and I used to always stop in to talk with Chris. Amazing man, the store isn't the same without him. Chris, Rest In Peace, he was always so nice. But, my wife and myself have bought many DVDs over the years.

First time in FYE in about 10 years. I bought some CDs. They asked if I wanted a discount and to be a part of their rewards program. I said sure. They FAILED TO MENTION THAT IT IS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION THAT COSTS $11.99.Really, FYE? Do better. It is very unprofessional and a shady business practice.I've called multiple times, but nobody seems to answer. Someone answered one time, and I heard nothing for 33 seconds while I was saying hello, then they hung up.

The managers there are horrible. Unprofessional, and pick favorites over their employees. If your aren’t their “buddy” they will treat you like a joke. Seen it happen several times shopping there.

Action Figure prices are way above ebay scalpers which is suprisng they are also cutting way back on the dvds honestly 5 and below is the much much better choice in the mall

At the register the cashier said, "I'll sign you up for our rewards and you'll save money today." He then singed me up for a monthly charge and a magazine scam. I have been on the phone 2x trying to cancel it. When I told the cashier I didn't want this subscription he said, "you can cancel it online, with 2 clicks."Chris, you lied.
