I’ve lived in quite a few major cities in the U.S. and even overseas and have had many stylists, but when I tell you Chloe is by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of gracing my hair, I mean it. This woman is amazing! I have had the most beautiful highlights (was asked by several women in London where my salon was while there) and now my favorite cut ever from her. It’s show stopping.
I would travel across the world just to keep her as my stylist. Get in her chair (just leave room on the books for me). She’s actual magic!

4/16/25 pd $150 for a full set of individual eyelashes extensions. Their booking service said they had allotted 2 hrs. for this service. I’ve had this done many times before other places and it’s always at least an hour and a half. Anne took only 1/2 hr. which surprised me, but I thought well, she must be super fast. I went on my cruise & soon realized she had only glued flared clusters on me. They were twisting every which way, and hanging down after two nights sleep and falling off in my soup! It was a horror story. I am a licensed aesthetician who is now retired. So I know how to take care of eyelash extensions. These were not extensions per se. I talked to the owner who said he’d give my number to the aesthetician, and she never called, she never cared. I normally see Katie there for my hair and she is wonderful!! The eyelash lady doesn’t even know what a set of individual extensions are! No call from her as requested, no refund.

I showed a picture of what I wanted and the lady that done it didn’t do exactly what I wanted she done good but it wasn’t what I wanted tbh and I paid 200 for something that I didn’t want it looked more like highlights than a balayage look. First pic is what I got vs. what I wanted.

I have a very particular boy and he has to have a perm for baseball season. We have not had any luck in the past with good perms and a perfect cut to go with it. Donna made his day and did the perfect hair for him! Thank you so much Donna we will be back for future cuts and perms. He said you are the best and was really fast 🤩

I gave myself a pixie cut in my bathroom lol and Chloe shaped me up and gave me SO MUCH more confidence. She taught me how to style the new haircut she made out of my pixie attempt, which helped a lot. I have super thick hair and she thinned it out which was very needed. I can’t recommend her more!!!

This is my second time going to the identity salon and I had a horrible experience with Donna Skaggs. She did my hair cut and color and it was nothing like the picture I showed her. I can cut my hair myself better than this. I only realized how horrible the hair cut was when I went home and my husband asked me if I had a hair cut or a dog chewed my hair. Im posting the pictures that I showed her and the hair cut I got. Identity seriously should fix my hair or give me a refund. I have a wedding coming up next month and this is what I’m having to go with. So disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in, she needed a cut and I needed one also. Spoke with a stylist, didn't catch her name but she was the daughter of another lady that was there working. My wife checked in as a walk in and the stylist said if it was possible she could get me in after my wife. I said that's fine and half expected for her not to be able to fit me in, which would have been fine. My wife finished quickly so the stylist said I could sit down for a cut. Great! Before we started I told her please do not use thinning shears on me, it makes my hair super frizzy. She talked about how she wouldn't need to yadda yadda... Within 5 minutes of sitting there I hear the unmistakable sound and feel of thinning shears I obviously was a little flabbergasted. When I asked the lady to not use thinning shears on me she got super defensive. She carried on about how "it wasn't her hair" as if she didn't care if I looked bad because she used shears. This was when I realized this l girl just did not care if she ruined your day. Eventually after several long uncomfortable minutes she whipped my chair around and asked how was it. It was honestly longer on top than I prefer, I mention this and she says and I quote "it isn't going to be exactly how you want it cause I squeezed you into the schedule". At this point I was seeing red and my wife who was sitting in the chair next to me, her jaw was on the floor, neither of us could believe what was happening and the attitude of this young lady. But at least I got a bad frizzy haircut out of the ordeal.

Completely ruined my hair!!!! I went in for a root touch up and red to be put back in. This was a normal simple appointment. Once the blonde was rinsed out I was able to see all of the blonde had been done and it was neon yellow. I was not to concerned as I knew toner can fix this. I then left with silver/grey hair. I was very upset about this and was told it would be fine just wash it. I have NEVER been to a salon where I was told to fix my own hair. I proceeded to wash it as instructed with clarifying shampoo and nothing was getting better. I contacted and said my hair is still not fading out. I then came back a week later made sure to show the color blonde that it was supposed to be. The blonde I showed was the one I came in with at first. I then was met with more color that left a greenish tint and even darker. I was told I couldn’t tell how blonde it was due to my face was red from a chemical pill. I was then blamed for my hair being damaged. I had went in originally with my hair healthy but was told I didn’t. I had spent a year or so repairing my hair and getting it touched up. I used the products I was supposed to. I now have hair that another stylist won’t touch and has had 2 toners on it in a week. The stylist would never state they messed up but blamed me. I now have my hair soaking in a mask trying to repair the damage. I had been to this stylist numerous times so I knew they understood what I wanted as they had done it prior. They seemed annoyed and as though they did not care of what had happened and again told me to wash it and it would fix itself. I am very let down and will never pay again to have my hair messed up and be blamed for it.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend, I had just gotten my hair cut somewhere else they mess up my hair terribly, I was scared to go and get my haircut again cause I thought I would have to get a lot cut off, but the stylist did a great job and recommended ways to help fix it, without taking a lot off, I really appreciate the help this is a great place to go. Will be coming back!!
