I had previously left a good review. I bought a Chrysler 200 2017 150,000 miles or more. They have a warranty and refused to repair the vehicle. Made appointment to the garage and the garage never answers the phone. I told them the issue and they had the garage to contact me and set up an appointment. The airbag light would come on and want the airbag system serviced. The battery drained and wouldn't start without a jump. The day of my scheduled apt for the garage the car wouldn’t start and I tried to contact their garage to let them know and no answer. So I didn’t make my payment and it was only four days late and they repoed the car. Tess is nice but she cannot return calls like she claims she will. Only thing she did was act like I didn’t have the money for my payment and I did just didn’t want to pay on a car I couldn’t drive. So if you have issues they still want your money they don’t care if you can drive it or not apparently.

10/10 would recommend Tess at the Ashland location! I’ve been talking to Tess for at least 4 years about purchasing a car from her when the time was rite! She got me into this nice Ford Escape and has been helpful every step of the way! If you need to get a ride go talk with Tess she will do everything she can to try and help get you in the ride you want to take home!

Tess is hands down one of the greatest people to buy from she goes above and beyond for her customer I didn't think I was gonna be able to get in the car I wanted but she did her magic and got me in the Durango I wanted will buy more vehicles from her I will definitely follow her where ever she goes
