“I called the store to get advice on what to do with jewelry I’ve had for many years and yet haven’t worn since it were of the engagement variety. Phyre was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. She also was helpful with ideas and suggestions for how to actually enjoy these pieces in a new configuration. While I wasn’t able to attend the event in store, she assured me of a follow up without burdening me with excessive phone calls. She made what could be a triggering call dealing with past events into a plan for immediate future enjoyment! I am looking forward to it.”
