Excellent service. Parked in far off J lot, went to "bus stop" to wait & shuttle showed up in less than a minute. This has happened for me in past, also. I've also used valet service before. It's also excellent. I've a bad ankle & knee so w/o this svc I'd be up the creek.

It was a semi-rainy day & Transport people took me in hand to go wherever I needed to go, cheerfully. All whom ever I have had take me around KDMC have had a pleasant attitude and went out of their way to be helpful and kind.
