This happened on Feb 9 2024 at 5pm. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT INTO THIS SPECIFIC KROGER! After we noticed an item missing from our order, which was the Homechef Chicken Pot Pie priced at $7.99 each. I instructed my spouse to go to the store to retrieve it as the online store indicated it was still available. The manager that I spoke with assured me that there would be no issue. However, when my spouse approached the woman at the deli to collect the order, she denied having it and refused to check, she told him There was nothing missing from our order, then proceeded to give him a sarcastic smirk. Such behavior is extremely distasteful and unacceptable. If my husband wasn't on video call with me at the time I wouldn't have been able to fathom the behavior from this woman. I have been a loyal customer for years at this store and I can guarantee that I will never spend another cent of our hard earned money at this Kroger. The ambiance is equally horrific.

10:25 and an associate with a yellow vest was puppy guarding the doors saying we close in a few. All I did was grab a kart because all the check outs were closed and I'm bagging my groceries by myself I'm not going to put them on the floor??? Great deals and great stockers who helped me. Just a rude older man in an orange vest standing in front of the door. They also closed one of their entrance doors at 10Pm.

Flies in the Seafood case all through the Shrimp some dead. Do something about the open cases. 2nd time I have went to buy Shrimp and Crawfish and flies on it and the worker taken the dead flies out and assuming fine to serve people.

Went to Kroger in Ashland the other day an got my change back, went there today an my amount was $195.86 an the cashier stated I don't have change in my drawer, I told her that it is ILLEGAL to not give my change back, cashier stated, I can put it on a card for you... Now mind you, it was only .14 cents, however, I kept repeating myself ITS ILLEGAL TO NOT GIVE MY CHANGE BACK... the cashier had a dime in the drawer an took 4 pennies out of her OWN pocket. I used the pick up service for the first time last Thursday. They only had about 1/2 what I ordered, which I completely understand in our current situation. The problem is that they charged my debit card for the full amount, including the items not available and then also added the amount for the items I actually bought . I am furious to say the least!!! Do not use this service unless you have money to throw away!!

Stand 15 minutes at the back meat counter ring the bell 3 times a feller who was stocking meats walked right buy us rang the bell waited didn't come out from the back if I wouldn't have been so tired of just coming home from being gone a week trukin ida left my groceries in the buggy an walked out and this was today when I checked in on Facebook and this wasn't the first time so now I'll give up one stop shopping and spread my money to folks that want it and care about their customers I put my code in it sez thank you loyal customer so this is how I get treated check out time 3:23 pm 6-14-19

A tech named Amber at the pharmacy counter yelled across the pharmacy to another tech (more than once) my name and the sensitive prescription that I was there to pick up which was very embarrassing, then when I attempted to use good RX and after refusing it the first time I presented it, Amber said as if talking to herself yet loud enough for customers behind me to hear, that “Kroger’s needs to stop taking these types of coupons and people are going to have to start paying fo

Way too many items out of stock - whole shelves empty, and not just sale items. What few employees were on the floor were filling the Clicklist orders and didn't have time to help those shopping. That clicklist is fine for those who want it, but some of us prefer to pick our own items, especially fresh items. Apparently, those customers have been forgotten about as there aren't enough people to help and either Kroger isn't ordering correctly or they don't have enough people to stock the shelves. (FYI - the items I was looking for and found empty shelves were not sale items.)

Pretty good store... BUT - the red haired guy at the deli cuts the lunch meats, etc.. to thick to save time.. nobody said anything until now, I have virtually unusable for sandwiches lunch meat- thanks
